I Am

I am a human being just so you know
I am beginning to discover who and what
I want to do in life

I Am

I am improving in making positive choices, just so you know
I am making progress in everything I know
I am developing a life I’ve wanted

I am proud of me and only me, I must believe
I am beginning to see the real me and I like myself
My self-esteem, that’s what makes me

Now there’s always an area I need to improve
Here’s how I will go about those
Not everyone that comes in your life stays
But those who do must always say thanks and please
Behave for I am only human and we make mistakes.
