Preparing a
meal for your family can be pretty tough some days. To make this task
a little easier, we offer you Harriet's Mexican Lasagna.
Harriet's Mexican
Lasagna
- 2
cans Progresso Black Beans
- 2
large jars salsa (Pace or your own favorite)
- Cheese
(2 bags Mexican blend)
- 2
bags rice (boil-in-bag)
- Flour
tortilla shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook rice.
In a large bowl, mix the rice and beans. In 9" x 2" x
13" pan, layer ingredients in this order: salsa, rice and bean
mixture, tortillas, cheese. Repeat. Heat in oven for 20 minutes
or until lasagna is hot all the way through. Serves 8. |
