Preparing a
meal for your family can be pretty tough some days. To make this task
a little easier, we offer you Pioneer Macaroni & Cheese.
Pioneer Macaroni &
Cheese
- 4 cups hot, drained elbow macaroni
- dots of butter
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 1/4 cups sharp cheddar cheese,
cubed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups milk
- Paprika
Place the macaroni, cheese, salt and
pepper in alternating layers of a buttered baking dish. Combine
eggs and milk and pour over the layers. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until top is
brown.
