We want young people in foster care to be able to do things their peers who are not in foster care get to do—for example, go on school trips, learn to drive, attend prom, etc. This is sometimes called “normalcy.” Tell us about a time your foster parents or your worker did a good job creating normalcy for you.
(Responses should be 200 words or less.)

Runners-up may also have their work published, for which they will also receive an award.
